San Juan Eye Center

4800sf eye center in Montrose, Colorado constructed of insulating concrete forms (ICF) for the exterior walls and light-frame wood construction for the floor, roof and useable attic.  Nominated for ICF Builder Award.  The building incorporated many energy efficient and sustainable design aspects which are described in more detail here. Torrington City Complex

Renovation and conversion of a 39,760 sqft existing elementary school into a multi-use city center for the police department, municipal court, and other public works departments.  Structural design included creating large openings in existing masonry walls, new wood-framed vestibule additions, and reinforcement of existing structure for mechanical equipment and an operable partition.
