ARZ Building
Conversion of a single-occupant retail building into multi-retail and professional use.  Large storefront openings were created in existing shear walls requiring steel moment frames to replace the lateral integrity.  Additional second floor space was added within the building envelope.  A new stair case was created penetrating through the roof requiring significant structural modifications.
